The decision to parent can be rewarding, but also intimidating. Some women feel that they are not ready to parent because they have other goals, feel financially unstable, or feel unsupported by a partner or family.  At Alternatives Medical Clinic, our compassionate team wants to empower you through your unique parenting journey. We provide resources, referrals, and support to help you prepare, and walk with you each step of the way.    Alternatives Medical Clinic offers an Earn While You Learn Education and Resource Program to any interested participants in the community. Lessons offered include: Pregnancy/Birth, Breastfeeding, Parenting, Fatherhood, Life Skills, Sexual Health, and many other beneficial topics.   Women and men can complete lessons at their convenience and earn points that may be redeemed towards helpful resources.   Resources Include:

• Diapers
• Wipes
• Formula
• Car Seats
• Gently Used Baby/Children’s Clothing (Newborn-5T)
• Opportunities for Career Assessments
• Opportunities for College/Trade School Scholarships
• Community Resource Referrals

  All services are free and confidential. You choose the class option and lessons that best meet your needs and schedule. We offer three different class options:

• One on One, In Person Class by Appointment
• Group Classes
• Lessons Sent Via Text or Email
