1. Click the following link: https://goo.gl/gj7Z96
2. Our Google profile will pop up
3. Scroll down and click on the blue and white arrow above “More about Alternatives Medical Clinic”
4. Scroll down until you see the stars and the words that say, “Rate and Review”
5. Select the level of stars that reflect your experience and leave us a comment (Google may ask you to sign in with your Gmail login information)

Laptop/Desktop

3. Still on the right side of the page, scroll down until you see our reviews in our Google profile
4. Click on the box that says “Write a review” (Google may ask you to sign in with your Gmail login information)
5. Select the level of stars that reflect your experience and leave us a comment
